The organic farm, Fuglebjerggaard, is located 35 km North of Copenhagen. It is
since 1996 owned by Camilla Plum and Per Křlster, and is their private home. Fuglebjerggaard is a diverse organic farm and gardens, all our products
are
sold through the
farm shop. Camilla not only manages the kitchen,
the shop, the web based shop and the gardens, she is also makes TV programmes, cook-
and garden books and articles in
magazines and newspapers. Per manages the farm, where the crops from the cereal fields are processed in the mill. Flour is either sold in the shop or used in the farm bakery. Barley is malted and together with the hops beer is brewed in the small farm brewery. Pastures are grazed by calves, steers, sheep, lambs, goat pigs, geese, hens and chickens. Orchards include hundreds of cultivars of apples, pears, cherries and plums. Some of the apple cultivars are used for making cider. Bees are pollinating the fruit and berry flowers giving a delicious honey. Around the farm You will find flowering gardens, the farm buildings, the farm
shop,
and occasionally the café is open. From end June until September fields are open for Picking
Your Own strawberries and a selection of potatoes and vegetables. We also offer teambuilding courses, cookery courses, parties and excursions for groups. To manage all this we have a staff of 4 employed and a number of people working occasionally and/or voluntarily. The first weekend in September we have a harvest marked were we expect about 5000 visitors. Similarly we also organize a Christmas marked. Feel free to visit us every Saturday from 10-16. The shop is open, we may serve a beer or a cup of coffee, and you may walk around and have a look. Contact:
